 Located in Tampa, Florida, Bayshore Broadway planned this project from inception with the help of world renowned Andres Duany.  The project has been recognized by the American Planning Association and included in the 2008 and 2009 Central Florida New Urbanism Tour. Bayshore Broadway, Inc. planned and permitted this 40 acre new urban project for nearly 250,000 s.f. of mixed use commercial, retail, and office space as well as 500 residential units. The town center is anchored by a Sweet Bay grocery store, several banks, and national tenants including Starbucks. It includes 170 mixed use town homes built by a national builder and

has a 52,000 sf medical center. The final phase is expected to be a 5 story mixed use retail and housing project and possibly a hotel or other national out parcel users.

Bayshore Broadway, Inc. was the catalyst and a leader in planning and gaining local and state land use approvals for 43,000 units over 17,000 acres with 2 million square feet of non-residential space and a 40 year horizon.  This special district will contain multiple neo-traditional neighborhood villages with Bayshore Broadway, Inc. leading the initial zoning approvals for the first (and largest) Village Center with over 500,000  s.f. and 4,000 residential units (the image below is the original vision plan created by the Company).  Now the County and State have approved TND Land Use Plans,  detailed planning maps and special taxing ordinances for the Villages of Pasadena Hills.
